Classroom Support handles the hardware and software in the 110 classrooms

Local Techs

Local techs support the hardware and software in the non_110 classrooms

Local techs update the faculty office machines

Local techs assist faculty in getting the software for their home machines (usually standard version copied on thumbdrive)

LILT

Faculty attend training sessions posted on training page to learn to use the software

TechZone

Students and faculty can test their clickers out at TechZone. TechZone also has batteries and can provide replacement clickers.
